Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Near White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automobile into a concrete safety barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the car about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The car slammed right into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at seventeenth Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers said.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front throughout the road from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There were two juveniles within the automotive. Each were taken to a hospital and are actually in stable situation, officers stated. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face charges.

D.C. police are investigating.
