Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Near White House: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles were injured Monday after crashing a stolen automobile right into a concrete safety barrier near the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service said.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automotive slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials mentioned.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the entrance across the road from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There were two juveniles within the car. Both were taken to a hospital and are actually in secure situation, officials mentioned. We don't know their exact ages.

They’re expected to face costs.

D.C. police are investigating.
