Arlington Police Chief Al Jones stated after White was launched from the hospital, he was arrested and charged with illegal carrying of a weapon in prohibited locations and discharge of a firearm in sure municipalities.

Arlington mother and father said their minds instantly considered the worst after they have been notified.
