Supreme Court says wrongful loss of life lawsuit in opposition to Dallas officers can go ahead

DALLAS - The high court docket will permit a wrongful loss of life lawsuit to proceed against town of Dallas and 4 police officers.

The household of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa called police for help as he had a drug and mental well being disaster.
