Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their home.
