Wife crammed husband’s phone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole bunch of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that phone had a whole lot of pictures of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the telephone he was using did not have any pictures just like those Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly obtained a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been pals and had discussed carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his old telephone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his primary telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
