Spouse crammed husband’s phone with child porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated according to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their dwelling.

The police say that phone had a whole lot of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the telephone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures just like those Moore become them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been associates and had discussed carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old cellphone since final “October or November,” however “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his main phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same expenses as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
