Wife filled husband’s cellphone with child porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading a whole bunch of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their residence.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any photos similar to those Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his outdated cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his primary cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same fees in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
