ARLINGTON, Texas - Arlington police said Duff Elementary School was placed on lockdown for a time Thursday after a guardian with a concealed weapon had his gun by accident go off, hitting the dad or mum in the leg.

The school had early launch and college students were released at the deliberate time of 12:10 p.m.
